Available Positions and Responsibilities

Supervisor Welding

The Welding Supervisor is responsible for overseeing welding activities, ensuring productivity, maintaining welding quality standards, and coordinating with project management teams. Candidates should possess extensive experience in Oil & Gas construction projects.

Technical Scope: Welding supervision, WPS compliance, weld quality monitoring, workforce management.

Standards: ASME Section IX, AWS, ISO Standards, OSHA Safety Requirements.

QC Piping Inspector

The QC Piping Inspector performs inspections on piping fabrication and installation activities. The role includes dimensional checks, material verification, inspection documentation, and ensuring compliance with approved project specifications.

Technical Scope: Piping inspection, material receiving inspection, line checking, documentation control.

Standards: ASME B31.3, ISO Quality Standards, Client Specifications.

Pipe Fitter

Pipe Fitters will be responsible for assembling, fitting, aligning, and installing process piping systems. Candidates must be capable of interpreting piping drawings and isometric drawings.

Technical Scope: Pipe installation, alignment, fit-up, support installation, maintenance support.

Standards: ASME B31.3, OSHA Safety Procedures.

6G TIG & ARC Welder

Experienced welders capable of performing high-quality welding in various positions including 6G. Knowledge of TIG and ARC welding procedures is required.

Technical Scope: Root pass welding, fill and cap welding, fabrication and erection welding.

Standards: ASME IX, AWS D1.1, Client Welding Procedures.

Rigging Foreman

The Rigging Foreman supervises lifting operations and ensures safe movement of materials and equipment. Strong leadership and safety awareness are essential.

Technical Scope: Crane coordination, lifting plans, rigging team management.

Standards: OSHA, International Lifting Standards.

Hydro Testing Supervisor & Hydro Test Foreman

Responsible for planning and executing hydro testing activities, ensuring system integrity verification and maintaining project schedules.

Technical Scope: Pressure testing, flushing operations, test package preparation.

Standards: ASME B31.3, Client Quality Procedures.

QC Welding Inspector

QC Welding Inspectors verify welding quality, monitor NDT activities, review welding records, and ensure compliance with project specifications.

Technical Scope: Weld inspection, NDT coordination, quality reporting.

Scaffolding Foreman
