A leading organization is conducting a massive recruitment drive for highly experienced professionals across major Gulf Offshore Rotation and Onshore Construction/Maintenance projects.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS: Extensive Gulf Experience and all necessary certifications (e.g., CSWIP, BGAS, TUV, CISRS).
🌊 SECTION 1: GULF OFFSHORE / ROTATION SPECIALISTS
(Gulf Offshore Experience & Offshore Documents are required. Good Communication is a must.)
Inspection & Quality Assurance:
Welding Inspector: Responsible for inspecting welding procedures and execution. (Must hold CSWIP 3.2.2 Senior Welding Inspector)
Mechanical Technician: (PVI Cleaning Specialist) Executes cleaning, maintenance, and inspection of Pressure Vessels and associated equipment.
Trades & Fabrication:
Tig & Arc Welder: Executes high-quality welding on Carbon Steel (CS) and Stainless Steel (SS) components. (CS/SS Certified)
Scaffolder: Erects, modifies, and dismantles scaffolding safely on offshore structures. (Must hold CISRS - 1/2)
Technical & Support:
★ Instrument Fitter: Installs, connects, and maintains field instrumentation and tubing.
★ Electrician: Performs maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems and wiring.
Telecom/ELV Technician: Specializes in the installation and maintenance of telecommunications and Extra-Low Voltage systems.
AutoCAD Operator (Piping): Creates and modifies P&IDs, isometric, and detailed piping drawings.

🏗️ SECTION 2: OIL & GAS CONSTRUCTION / MAINTENANCE
(Gulf Experience is a MUST for all positions.)
Engineers & Inspectors: (Must have BE degree with ECNR Passport)
Design Engineer (Mechanical): Develops detailed mechanical designs for equipment, piping, and systems.
QA/QC Mechanical Engineer: Oversees quality control for mechanical works, ensuring compliance with specifications and standards. (Must hold CSWIP 3.2.2)
Mechanical Inspector: Inspects fabrication, installation, and repair of mechanical equipment and piping. (Must hold CSWIP 3.1 + BGAS)
Welding Inspector: Ensures all welding activities adhere to codes and approved procedures. (Must hold CSWIP 3.2.2)
ELV Planning Engineer / QA/QC Engineer (Chip Level): Plans and assures quality for ELV and low-level electronic components.
Estimation & Proposal Engineer (Mech): Prepares detailed cost estimates and technical proposals for mechanical projects.
★ PAUT-Technician: Performs Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing for advanced NDT inspection.
Supervisors & Foremen: (Must have Diploma)
Hydrotest / Piping Supervisor: Manages all activities related to piping installation, testing, and pre-commissioning.
Rigging Supervisor: Plans, oversees, and executes heavy lifting and rigging operations safely. (Must be TUV Certified)
Painting Inspector/Supervisor: Manages surface preparation and coating application for corrosion protection. (Must be BGAS Certified)
ELV Supervisor: Supervises the installation and maintenance of complex ELV/security systems (e.g., Sensa phone/Total Recall).
Mechanical Foreman - Rotating: Leads teams specializing in the maintenance and overhaul of rotating machinery (pumps, compressors).
★ Fabrication Supervisor: Manages workshop or site fabrication activities for structural and piping components.
★ Instrument Supervisor: Leads instrumentation teams for installation, calibration, and troubleshooting.
Scaffolding Supervisor / Foreman / Chargehand: Manages the entire scaffolding operation on the construction site.
★ Civil Foreman (Oil/Gas): Oversees civil works, foundations, and infrastructure within the plant environment.
Catering Supervisor: Manages food services and kitchen operations for the workforce.
Technicians & Skilled Trades: (Must have ITI with authentic certificates)
Mechanical Technician - Static/Rotary: Performs hands-on maintenance on both static (vessels, heat exchangers) and rotating equipment.
Chiller Technician: Specializes in the repair, servicing, and commissioning of large industrial chillers.
ELV Technician: Troubleshoots and repairs ELV equipment and networks (e.g., Sensa phone/Total Recall).
★ Pipe Fabricators / Pipe Fitters: Executes precision cutting, preparation, and fitting of pipe spools.
★ Structural Fabricator / Structural Fitter: Fabricates and fits structural steel components as per drawings.
(REQUIRED IN LARGE NUMBERS)
Support & Other Roles:
Male Nurse: Provides onsite medical care and emergency response services. (Must have Qatar Prometric)
Material Controller (Mech) / Buyer (Mech): Manages inventory, tracking, and procurement of mechanical materials and spares.
AutoCAD Operator (Piping): Supports engineering and construction teams with necessary drawing modifications.
★ Asst Storekeeper: Assists in managing the main warehouse inventory and issuance of materials.
